For each custom AR Code you order, you’ll receive multiple Bridal QR Codes that link to the website(s) you entered, featuring the image(s) you selected. You’ll receive:

  • A color version of the QR Code in both PNG and JPG formats.
  • A black & white version of the QR Code in both PNG and JPG formats.
  • A more traditional style QR Code with rounded features in PNG, JPG, and SVG formats (the SVG version can be scaled to any size without losing quality).

How long does it take to receive my custom Bridal QR Code?

We know you’re excited to get started! Clip art style custom Bridal QR Code will be delivered to you within 24 hours of placing your order. Photo QR Codes (Luxe, Prestige, and Signature Series)  require a little more care and take a little longer to create. However, you’ll have your photo qr code within 72 hours of placing your order.

What is an Bridal QR Code?

An Bridal QR Code is just like a regular QR code, but with a creative twist! It works exactly the same—you can scan it with your phone to be redirected to a website, event details, registry, or location. What makes it special is that it’s designed to beautifully fit the theme of your event, whether it’s a wedding, baby shower, birthday, or any occasion close to your heart.

How large can my Bridal QR Code be printed?

The smallest size your Bridal QR Code should be printed is 1.5 x 1.5 inches, and the largest size is 7 x 7 inches. This ensures that your QR code remains sharp and easy to scan.

What’s the difference between a traditional QR code and a Bridal QR code?

Functionally, there’s no difference—both QR codes work the same way. However, a Bridal QR Code is crafted with elegance and style in mind. With rounded finders and data points, plus a matching background image, these codes blend seamlessly into your wedding theme, making them a perfect fit for your dream wedding and other wedding related events.

How do I know my Bridal QR Code will scan properly?

Before sending you the final file, we rigorously test all our QR codes to ensure they scan perfectly. Each custom Bridal QR Code must pass 5 tests to ensure they scan properly. Whether it’s printed on an invitation or displayed on a screen, your Bridal QR Code will work seamlessly.

Why doesn’t my Bridal QR Code scan consistently with Google Lens or other AI image scanners?

Bridal QR Codes are designed to be scanned with the normal camera on your phone, tablet, or iPad. AI image scanners like Google Lens may focus on the picture inside the QR code instead of the code itself, which can lead to inconsistent scans. For the best results, we recommend using your device’s regular camera or an app specifically designed to read QR codes for a smooth and reliable scan every time.

Should I test my Bridal QR Code before using it?

Absolutely! We always recommend testing your QR code after receiving it, not just with our Bridal QR Codes, but with any QR code generator you use for important events.

Make sure to test the QR code as it will appear at your event—whether printed on the same type of paper your invitations will be on, displayed on a digital screen, or any other format. It’s also best to scan the code with the phones that your guests or audience will be using, rather than relying on online QR code testers.

This ensures your QR code works perfectly in the actual environment where it will be used, giving you peace of mind that your guests will have a smooth experience.

Can I use colored paper with my Bridal QR Code?

We recommend using white or light-colored paper (such as light pink or light blue) for your Artsy QR Code. If you’re planning to use colored paper, let us know in advance, and we can send you a sample code to test for compatibility. Unfortunately, dark papers like black, navy, or metallic aren’t suitable for Artsy QR Codes at this time, as they may interfere with scanning.

Can I use my Bridal QR Code on social media?

Definitely! Bridal QR Codes are perfect for sharing on social media. Whether you want to link to a website, an event, or your business page, simply upload the image to your social media platform, and your followers can scan and connect instantly.

Can I get a sample Bridal QR Code to test before placing my order?

Absolutely! Just send us a message via our contact form or via email to hello@bridalqrcodes.com  and we’ll be happy to provide you with a sample QR code to test. You can also visit our website, BridalQRCodes.com, where you’ll find a selection of sample codes you can download and try out. These sample codes will link back to our website when scanned.

What file formats do you provide for the Bridal QR Codes?

We provide your custom Artsy QR Code the PNG format. This ensure you have high-resolution images for both digital and print use. If you need any other file formats, just let us know!

Can my Bridal QR Code link to multiple websites or actions?

Yes! You can set up your Artsy QR Code to link to a landing page or service like Linktree, which allows users to choose from multiple links (like your website, social media, and more) when they scan the code. Let us know if you’d like help setting this up!

Can I print a Bridal QR Code using my home printer?

We recommend using a professional printer for the best results, especially for such an important occasion. However, if you choose to print at home, be sure to use your printer’s highest quality settings. Avoid using draft or economy modes, and ensure the print resolution is at least 300 DPI for crisp, clear results.
