Thank you for choosing Bridal QR Codes for your special day! As we provide custom digital products, our returns policy differs from those of physical product retailers.

Our Commitment to Quality

We create each QR code with care and attention to ensure it functions perfectly for your wedding needs. Due to the customized nature of our digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your QR code has been delivered.

Pre-Delivery Changes

We understand that wedding details sometimes change! If you need to make modifications to your QR code before final delivery, we are happy to accommodate the following changes at no additional cost:

- Updating the selected image
- Correcting an incorrect website link

Simply contact us as soon as possible at support@bridalqrcodes.com with your requested changes, and we’ll update your order before sending the final product.

QR Code Support

If you experience any technical issues with your QR code within 15 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to resolve the problem and generate a new version at no additional cost.

- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots (if applicable)

Our team will respond promptly to help resolve any concerns.

Custom Design Modifications

Once your custom QR code design has been approved and delivered, additional design changes or modifications may incur additional fees. We recommend carefully reviewing all previews before final approval.

Gift Purchases

If a QR code was purchased as a gift, please note that the same support policy applies. The gift recipient can contact us directly for technical assistance within 15 days of the purchase date.
